College can change one’s future
College can help academically, socially and financially. Someone can truly learn what the love whenever they attend college.
The college experience will hopefully allow students to decide what they want to do. They can discover their passion or different hobbies. It could be nursing to art to teaching.
With a college education, graduates could make more than triple the money of someone with just a high school diploma. A typical job after high school ranges from $7.25 to $10 an hour. An entry-level job with a college degree would make anywhere from $16 to $28 an hour.
College allows people to increase their network. While you are attending college, there are many more people around you at all times. If someone was to live on campus, he would usually have a roommate. If you went to a college that has big football games, you could meet other students there.
If college is a tradition in your family, you can continue it. If not, you could be the first one in your family to go to college. You could be a role model for your siblings, cousins or even parents. If you go, you could change other people’s minds and they could go too.
When people attend college, they have to learn how to financially do things on their own. You have to learn how to manage your money to pay your bills, pay for your tuition and how to do things on your own.
College is worth the time, experience and hard work in the end. College can set people on the right path for their future with money, responsibilities and careers.
