OVERALL: 7th A 4-4, 7th B 3-0, 8th A 6-4, 8th B 3-2

LAST WEEK: The Ladycat 8th A volleyball team was the only team that played. They beat Electra.

PREVIOUS GAMES: The Ladycats played against Windthorst and the only team that won was the 7th B.

BRIGHT SPOTS: “For our eighth grade A team, we are doing good because we’ve only lost to Windthorst,” eighth grader Jillian Liles said.

Tiyana Pippens said the 8th B team’s biggest strength is team work.

INSIDE SCOOP: “Our eighth grade B team is a solid group; they have more experience than other school B teams,” Coach Mallory Mooney said.

WEAKNESS: “Our biggest struggle is that we always get in the way of the setter and calling the ball,” Abigail Havens said.

STRENGTH: “Our strengths are our serves and receiving the ball but our weakness is talking,” seventh grader Nicole Crouse said.
