Fall is the most enjoyable season: the time of brown leaves, chilly weather, hoodies, football games, Halloween, and hot soup. If it was up to me, I’d make it fall all year round. It’s the peak of the best time of the year. The weather gets cooler, everything slows down, late nights include football games and I don’t know about anyone else but I think the best memories are usually made in the fall.
Honestly when I hear the word “fall” it brings warmness to my heart like a bowl a soup. Unfortunately in Texas, we won’t experience any cold weather until maybe November…if lucky.
I like fall because as I said, most good memories happen around Halloween and Thanksgiving. Halloween because I get to have candy and walk around late at night with all my friends, usually in goofy costumes. Thanksgiving I get to spend time with my family and have good food and play games.
I like fall a lot more than the other seasons because it helps me get back into my school schedule after three months of having fun and staying up all night it is a good change. Once fall starts, I can resume my everyday routine, so it makes it easier to socialize with friends considering I’ll start seeing them again every day.
The changing of seasons always makes me feel joy. It’s almost like a spiritual change. A personality change. It’s like it gives me the happiness I have been longing for all summer.
