New Google forms needed for organizing

Google forms have  been an ongoing discussion from the start of school.  Students do not understand why they have to submit the form to see the counselor or see the computer technician.  There are many reason why forms are necessary.

Forms are a good way to keep us updated with this generation. They teach us to be digital citizens, and that is what the world is coming to.

They also avoid interruptions. The counselor can be talking to someone and a student walks in to give her something that could be submitted on Google forms. This is time consuming and very distracting in some instances.

Submitting forms on the computer are an easy  way to keep track of what people need in what order and they also have no expiration. Once you submit the form, it keeps an automated record of who submitted what and when.

Another problem with not submitting forms is often when someone hands the counselor or computer tech a paper, they misplace it. This way they can also acquire it from anywhere. Whether they are on the Elementary campus or in the grocery store, they can access the form by their phone. Submitting forms do not limit them to where they can review the form.

When submitting the form be sure to list the urgency of the problem or meeting. The incident can be ranked on high importance or medium. When the form is submitted, the staff that is needed will get back to you as soon as they can or whenever you need to be helped.

Many students are against this idea because they do not understand why they have to submit a form for their problem if they need to be assisted when they submit it, but there are valid reasons to why forms are necessary.
