Junior high one act play started practicing their play Aug. 23. Their play is a comedy called “Wild Strawberries.”
“The play is set in the older days and I am excited to experience these times and wear the costumes,” eighth grader Jocelyn Tedrow said.
Eighth grader Kaitey David said she is enjoying practices.
“The play is really funny and it is entertaining to watch everyone read and act out their hilarious parts in the script,” David said.
Eighth grader Madelyn Tedrow said she believes this is a winning play.
“After we get everything developed and start working on the little things to perfect it, I think we can easily get first place,” Tedrow said.
JHOAP’s dress rehearsal will possibly be at 9 a.m. Nov. 15, said director Becky Nogle.
“The school and parents are welcome to come and support,” Nogle said.

The district contest is Nov. 16 in Seymour.
