The future sports industry will most likely be changed tremendously from today’s typical sports competitions.
Studies have shown, from USA Today, that smart sports complexes will be a new start toward the future.
These stadiums will include hologram displays, video walls, social media follower-based seating and virtual reality applications.
Video games have become very popular, proven by esports. Gaming circulations at esports competitions have drawn more than 300 million fans worldwide, according to a report from Newzoo.
Many companies are investing large sums into esports platforms. Amazon, for example, has purchased $970 million of the live streaming service, Twitch. Esports have created many competitions, which has encouraged investors even more so than they have before.
