Summary: Primatologist Davis Okoye who feels more connection with animals than humans raises an albino gorilla and has a bond that is more like a friendship than an owner and a pet. A science experiment goes wrong and infects three animals including the gorilla with a virus that makes them grow and have more dangerous abilities. Okoye is determined to help his friend and make the company behind this virus answer for what it has done.
