Everyone has an opinion on the best chicken when it comes to fast food. Some people swear by Raising Cane’s. Others will only eat Chick-fil-A. Although I love both, I have to say Chic-Fil-A wins my vote.
In my opinion Chic Fil has the better chicken overall, when it comes to tenders, burgers, or any other chicken item canes has the less flavorful chicken. The chicken is always hot and fresh and the bun is soft and toasted. Although Canes does have a sandwich option on their menu, usually people would prefer the texas toast than a burger bun. Sometimes a person wants a sandwich and not just fingers and Chick-fil-A delivers every time.
Another thing about Chick-fil-A is the atmosphere is like no other franchise. Workers are always happy and smiling. There hasn’t been a time where I’ve walked in to Chic-Fil-A to eat and I wasn’t checked on by a worker to ensure that my dining experience was going well. Chic-Fil-A also does a good thing by making sure workers say “my pleasure” to a guest, which makes the overall experience unique. When I go eat at Canes it almost feels as if they want me in and out, I also never get checked on.
Now Canes does deserve some credit. The fingers are always good. The toast is probably the best part of the entire experience. People go crazy for the sauce, sadly I don’t enjoy sauces so I have no opinions on that. Canes keeps it simple and does simple well. Canes is also open pretty late, so they get points for being a good late night meal. But simple gets old. Chick-fil-A has the better sandwich, better fries and way more options. That outweighs one sauce and some toast.
So Chick-fil-A takes the win. Better food. Better choices. But I will still eat at Canes. A person can have a favorite and still enjoy the other. It’s all about being fair.
